A community built around the discipline of effort — physical, mental, and relational. Every Monday. Port Olímpic.
Most communities are built around comfort. This one is built around commitment. You come to work. You stay to grow. You leave with something you didn't have before.
What We Do
01
Functional, bodyweight training that challenges you physically without requiring a gym or equipment. Every session is programmed with intention — not to destroy you, but to make you undeniable.
02
Structured opening and closing circles where every person speaks. Not about feelings — about effort, observation, and commitment. You leave knowing exactly what you're going to do next.
03
A 15-minute run closes every session. No pace requirement. No headphones. Just you, the seafront, and whatever the session surfaced. This is when things become clear.
04
At the end of every session, you make one specific commitment for the week. Next session, you answer for it. Not to impress anyone — to build the kind of person who follows through.
Session Format
Everyone answers one question — forward-looking, effort-based. This is the moment the session becomes intentional. No small talk, no warmup chatter. We start by showing up fully.
Joint mobility, dynamic movement, activation. The facilitator leads. Silence is fine. The intention from the opening is already doing its work.
Functional, compound movements. Rounds, intervals, circuits. The theme of the session lives here — in the reps, the effort, the discomfort you choose to stay with.
Continuous. Your pace. No headphones. The Port Olímpic seafront. Whatever you need to think about, this is where it resolves.
The body slows. The reflection begins. A transition — from doing to understanding what you did.
Observation. Meaning. Commitment. Everyone speaks once. One sentence each. The session closes with the weight of something real.
What to Bring
Workout clothes
Anything you can move freely in. We train outdoors — dress for the weather.
Water
Bring enough for 90 minutes of outdoor work. There are no shops mid-session.
Towel
A small workout towel for floor work and cool down. Keep it light.
Your phone
For check-in and the Luma link. After that, pocket it. The run is screen-free.
Effort is the only honest currency.
You do not need to feel ready.
You need to show up.
One commitment. Every week.
Kept or not — either way, you learn something.
This is not a gym.
This is not a club.
This is The Practice.
Who It's For
You're working on something real — a project, a career shift, a creative practice. You want a space where discipline is the baseline, not the exception.
You read, question, and reflect. You're tired of conversations that stay on the surface. You want people who take ideas seriously and can also do a burpee.
You already move — maybe a lot. But you're looking for a community that trains with purpose, not ego. Where the work matters and the people match it.
You just moved to Barcelona. You want real connections, not a WhatsApp group of strangers at a rooftop. You want to earn your place in a community.
You've been in a rut — physically, mentally, or both. You don't need motivation. You need a structure that shows up weekly whether or not you feel like it.
You do what you say. You show up even when it's inconvenient. You understand that the people around you are shaped by the same standard — and that's exactly what makes it worth it.
What We Stand On
Before you share a perspective, you name the action behind it. Opinions are earned here. No floating interpretations — only grounded ones.
01We redirect from obstacles to what you did about them. Every conversation moves forward. That's the discipline.
02Per session. Specific. Action-based. Time-bound. You are accountable for it the following week, before you make a new one.
03One phrase is enough if it's true. Vague language gets redirected — because precision is a form of respect for the room.
04From the Founder

I built The Practice because I kept having a version of the same conversation — with friends, with clients, with myself. The conversation about what it means to actually do the thing you say you're going to do.
Not the idea of it. Not the plan for it. The doing of it. And the gap between those two is where most people — including me — have spent too much time.
I've spent over a decade working with people on their bodies and their performance. What I learned is that the physical work is never just physical. How you train is how you do everything. The decisions you make under fatigue, the commitments you keep when it's inconvenient — those are the ones that shape you.
I wanted a container where movement and reflection weren't separate things. Where the run wasn't optional and neither was the question. Where showing up once a week, honestly, was enough to change the shape of your whole week.
We've done over eight sessions. People keep coming back. That tells me something worth continuing.

Questions
All levels. The training is functional and bodyweight — it can be scaled to you. What matters more than fitness level is your willingness to work honestly. You don't need to be fast. You need to be present.
You answer a question. One sentence to a few. The facilitator holds the structure — forward-looking, effort-based, concrete. You listen when others speak. You don't give feedback. This isn't therapy. It's structured reflection with accountability built in.
Yes. It's 15 minutes at your own pace. If you have an injury, tell us before the session. The run is part of the commitment — it's when things surface. Leave the headphones at home.
Sessions are listed on Luma. The first session is free. After that, it's €10 per session. Attendance is approval-required — to keep the group intentional. If this page resonates with you, you're probably the right fit.

No. Sessions are facilitated in Spanish with English used as needed. The community is international — locals, expats, people from everywhere. What unites the group isn't language, it's the commitment to showing up.
First session is free. Approval required. Every Monday at 19:00, Port Olímpic, Barcelona.
Sessions fill quickly. Attendance is intentional — not just first-come.
